Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the internet services (the “Service”) operated by Classic Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all subscribers, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Classic Tech provides high-speed internet access and related services. The Service speeds mentioned in our plans are “up to” speeds and may vary based on network conditions, traffic, user device performance, and other factors. We strive to provide a consistent and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free connectivity.

2. User Obligations and Responsibilities

a. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as required for subscription and billing.

b. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your own network, including your Wi-Fi password.

  d. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws of Nepal.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service for any illegal or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  a. Transmitting any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent.

  b. Violating intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark laws.

  c. Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engaging in any form of network abuse.

  d. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any computer, network, or system (hacking).

  e. Distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful computer code.

  f. Reselling the Service or any part thereof without our express written consent.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Service.

4. Equipment and Software

 a. Classic Tech may provide you with equipment, such as a router or Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), to access the Service. This equipment remains the property of Classic Tech at all times.

  b. You agree not to modify, damage, or misuse the equipment provided. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment.

  c. Upon termination of your Service, you must return all provided equipment to Classic Tech in good working condition. Failure to do so may result in a penalty fee as per company policy.

5. Billing, Payments, and Fees

a. You agree to pay all subscription fees and other applicable charges for the Service in a timely manner, as per your selected plan.

  b. Invoices will be issued according to your billing cycle (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).

  c. Failure to pay by the due date may result in late fees and/or the suspension of your Service.

  d. Classic Tech reserves the right to charge fees for installation, reconnection, or equipment replacement due to damage.

6. Term, Suspension, and Termination

a. By You: You may terminate your Service at any time by providing notice to us as per our company policy. Early termination fees may apply

  depending on your subscription plan.

  b. By Us: We may suspend or terminate your Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without

  limitation if you breach the Terms (especially for non-payment or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Classic Tech, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any

  indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other

  intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or

  implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Classic Tech and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
